RETURN POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • We do not accept returns on final sale items, including clearance products and personalized items.

2. How to Return Your Items

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at onlinedigitaledge@gmail.com with your order number and details about the item you'd like to return.

  • Once your return request is processed, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

  • Please pack the item securely and include the original packing slip in your return package.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns: If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • Change of Mind or Sizing Issues: If you are returning an item for any reason other than a defect or mistake, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at onlinedigitaledge@gmail.com with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 7 days of receipt.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for opened or used racks unless they are defective.

  • Personalized or custom-made racks are non-returnable.
